ARMY DOCTOR ARRESTED AFTER VIOLATING LIBERTY CONDITIONS SEVEN TIMES

Welcome to Arrest Stories. Army Major and gynecologist Blaine McGraw was arrested and booked into Bell County Jail after allegedly violating conditions of liberty imposed by his commander while facing charges of secretly recording patients during medical exams. Heres what may have happened.

On October seventeenth, twenty twenty five, forty seven year old Dr. Blaine McGraw, an obstetrician gynecologist at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood, was arrested by Army Criminal Investigation Division agents in Bell County, Texas. McGraw was booked into Bell County Jail at eleven fifty nine in the morning and is being held as an inmate of the U.S. Army.

Fort Hood officials ordered McGraw into pretrial confinement after apparently violating conditions of liberty imposed by his commander. Army officials stated that although McGraw apparently violated restrictions on liberty, there is no evidence to suggest he violated a military protective order related to alleged victims.

McGraw faces serious allegations stemming from his work as an Army gynecologist. He is accused of repeatedly groping a female patient during pelvic and breast examinations and secretly recording intimate videos of patients during medical procedures. Most of the alleged offenses occurred during medical exams with female patients at the medical center, though one victim was allegedly secretly video recorded at a private residence off post near Fort Hood.

According to reports, McGraw violated his restrictions seven times, including going to his house where his daughter lives and has a restraining order against him. When McGraw argued he didn't know he was under restrictions, a magistrate judge rejected that claim.

Army CID initiated their investigation on October seventeenth, the same day they received the initial report. Officials stated that since the start of this investigation, Army CID has conducted extensive investigative efforts, including conducting hundreds of interviews and reviewing over half a terabyte of digital media.

In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, a neutral and detached military magistrate will conduct a pretrial confinement review within seven days to determine whether continued confinement is warranted.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
